As a strata manager I have found dealing with Focus to be easy and forthcoming, the team have a great passion in providing a high quality service to their clients and go above and beyond what is required. I have found that not only do the team provide a great gardening and cleaning service they are proactive in advising us of other issues they come across which may not be related to their service, this not only assists the committees in maintaining their property but has also limited potential hazards to the users of these areas. I couldn’t recommend Focus more highly from a strata manager’s perspective and that of a service provider to their clients.
